The error notice and/or request for information must be in writing.  In your letter, provide us the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Information that allows the Bank to identify your account number
  • Describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there was an error
  • If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure about

We will provide a written acknowledgment to you within five days after receiving the error notice or information request.
