Paying a Bill

 

  1. Log into Northwest Online Banking.
  2. Navigate to Bill Pay
  • In the top navigation bar, click Bill Pay.
  1. Select Your Biller
  • Under My Billers, click Pay next to the biller you wish to pay.
  • Enter the Amount and choose a Date from the drop-down.
  • Optionally, you can add a Memo for your payment.
  1. Complete Payment
  • Click the Pay button (green button).
  • A dialog window will confirm that you have successfully completed a one-time payment.
  1. Set Up Auto Pay for Recurring Payments
  • If you’d like to set up recurring payments:
    • Click on the Biller Information in the Biller Details table.
    • Select Add Auto Pay.
  • You’ll then be able to:
    • Choose the Frequency and Duration for auto-pay.
    • Optionally, add a Memo.
  • At the bottom, you can choose to receive Email Notifications to stay updated on the status of your recurring payments.
  • When complete, click Add Auto Pay.
  1. Multi-Pay for Multiple Bill Payments
  • To pay multiple bills at once, use Multi-Pay:
    • Under My Billers, check the boxes for the bills you want to pay.
    • Click Pay Selected Bills.
    • For each selected biller, enter the Amount in the respective fields.
  • When ready, click Pay Selected Bills.
  • A confirmation page will display to confirm your payments.
