How to Enroll in eStatments

Switching to eStatements with Northwest Online Banking offers a secure, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to access your account statements online. With this step-by-step guide, you can easily enroll in eStatements, manage your preferences, and view or download statements whenever you need. Follow these simple steps to get started with paperless statements and keep your financial information at your fingertips.


Enrolling in E-Statements

  1. Log into Online Banking
  • Start by logging into your Northwest online banking account.
  1. Navigate to E-Statements
  • Select the Accounts drop-down in the top navigation.
  • From the drop-down, select E-Statements.
  1. Accept the E-Statements Agreement
  • Review the E-Statements and Online Service Agreement.
  • To proceed, accept the PDF Terms.
  1. Choose Account Options
  • You can select your preferences:
    • All Account Selections
    • Future Account Selections
    • Individual Account Selections
  1. Confirm Enrollment
  • Select Yes and then click Next.
  • Review and manage your preferences, verify your data, and click Submit.
  1. Accessing E-Statements
  • Select the Account Number for which you want to view a statement.
  • Under Statement Summary, click Download Document for the desired statement.
  1. Download or Print Your Statement
  • The statement will open in your browser. From here, you can print or download it to your device.
