Setting Up Bill Pay

 

  1. Log into Northwest Online Banking
  • Begin by logging into your Northwest online banking account.
  1. Access Bill Pay
  • In the navigation menu, select Bill Pay.
  1. Agree to Terms of Service
  • A Terms of Service dialog will appear. Read the terms, and if you agree, click Accept.
  • Next, review the Privacy Policy and click Accept if you agree.
  1. Get Started
  • Select the Get Started button to complete your setup for Bill Pay.

 

Adding a Biller

 

  1. Navigate to Pay Bills
  • Under the Pay Bills section, click on Add Biller.
  1. Search for a Biller
  • Search for the biller you want to add.
  • If the biller is not in the network, you can provide their information manually.
  1. Manually Add Biller Information
  • For this demo, we’ll add the biller manually:
    • Enter the Company Information as prompted.
    • Click Add to confirm.
  1. Verify New Biller
  • Your new biller will appear under the My Billers section on the Pay Bills tab.
