Northwest Bank Appoints Craig Dornon as Chief Information Security Officer

Columbus, Ohio (May 23, 2024) – Northwest Bank, a full-service financial institution offering a complete line of business and personal banking solutions, recently hired Craig Dornon as its new senior vice president, chief information security officer (CISO). Dornon has more than 25 years of hands-on leadership experience with enterprise risk and compliance programs in the financial, retail and insurance sectors.

As CISO, Dornon will oversee Northwest’s information security program, including cybersecurity, data protection, cloud and application security, IT risk assessment, identity and access management, vendor risk, and data availability risks.

Dornon has held a series of increasingly responsible information security positions. Prior to joining Northwest, Dornon served as vice president, Chief Operational Risk Officer at Bread Financial. He has earned numerous technical and training certifications and education credentials.
