Northwest Bank Ranks Among the Indiana Chamber’s 2024 Best Places to Work
Fishers, Indiana - Northwest Bank, a full-service financial institution offering a complete line of business and personal banking products, has been recognized as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber. Northwest ranked within the major companies category among 12 other employers.

The 19th annual 2024 Best Places to Work list included 193 companies from more than 40 cities and towns across Indiana. Results were based on employer assessments and employee surveys conducted in partnership with the Workforce Research Group.
Companies were categorized by the following sizes:
- Small companies: 15-74 employees
- Medium companies: 75 – 249 employees
- Large companies: 250 – 999 employees
- Major companies: 1,000+ employees
