Northwest Sponsor Finance Provided Financing to Support Bright Direction Dental
Northwest Sponsor Finance (“NSF”), a division of Northwest Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support Bright Direction Dental (“BDD”) in its acquisition of Elmhurst Dental.
Formed in 2019, Bright Direction Dental is a Chicago, Illinois based dental support organization that partners with practices across the Midwest, providing industry leading operational non-clinical support. Founded in 1974, Elmhurst Dental is a consortium of 10 dental practices, located in Illinois and Wisconsin.
