Northwest Sponsor Finance provided financing to support Osceola Capital Management


Northwest Sponsor Finance (“NSF”), a division of Northwest Bank, announced that it has provided senior secured credit facilities to support the refinance of Osceola Capital Management’s (“Osceola”) existing portfolio company, Talent Groups.

Formed in 2018 by Osceola and headquartered in Houston, TX, Talent Groups is a leading provider of IT staffing services and solutions.  With fourteen locations across the country, the company offers a comprehensive range of services such as contract staffing, direct hire, executive search, and managed solutions. From middle-market organizations to Fortune 500 firms, Talent Groups offers a focused and personal approach, providing industry expertise and a full-service client delivery model.
